Happy Holidays!

Filed under: Alameda — Lauren Do @ 6:08 am

Welp, that’s it for me for the rest of the year, I’ll be back when school start again…sometime around January 6th or so.

Oh, and a holiday gift for the ferry riders out there, a local Alameda resident has created a phone app for Ferry Schedules, you can download it on Itunes here.   If you balk at the cost of the app, might I present you with this comic from The Oatmeal for consideration.

Hopefully everyone will have a very Happy Holiday with their loved ones.

  1. So this is the time of the year when a lot of Top Ten list get published. What are some the top events that occurred in Alameda in 2013? I know my number one event was the Alameda Unified School District and Alameda Education Association reaching agreement on a new contract. Others on my list include AUSD losing parcel tax lawsuit, Navy transfer of land to Alameda, McKay property lawsuit and BART strike impact on Alameda.

I want to build up the kids in our area and not to teear tear them down….but somehow they want to tear me down. I am not good at sports, or many other things but I do care…and would try to help.
