However, that doesn't mean that other points brought up against this project, including my own, are by default any less valid. My point stands. My concern isn't for future resident who might buy there knowing full well what the circumstances are then still complain and make things difficult for the commercial tenants. My concern is for the residents that are already there and have already invested in our community. i.e petes, etc. Yeah well, there’s nothing more American than pulling the latter up from under you.
